10 Anime To Watch If You Love World’s End Harem

World’s End Harem is a particularly famous anime in the genre. I mean, the premise itself, while not being particularly original, is quite intriguing. After being in cryogenic sleep for 5 years, Mizuhara Reito finds himself in a world where almost 99% of the Human population has kicked the bucket due to a virus that only affects men. Along with Reito, 4 males have only one job; repopulate the earth.

If you’re looking for an anime that is similar to World’s End Harem. Here is a comprehensive list. And let’s go!

    1. High School DxD

    High School DxD

Issei Hyoudou, a typical young main character whose only ambition in life is to have his own group. Issei finally manages to find himself a date with a beautiful girl and let’s just say that it doesn’t end well for him.

Our MC is murdered by his date and he’s revived by another good-looking girl. Much like the rest of the shows in this list, High School DxD doesn’t shy away from over-the-top scenes. The art is not remarkable but it does the job.

    2. Black Bullet

    Black Bullet

Another classic in the list- Black Bullet has a lot of similarities to our Shuumetsu no Harem. Though there is no harem in this anime- the setting is somewhat similar. You have to spot a lot of innuendos if you want to enjoy from the aspect of a harem, but other than that Black Bullet does a pretty decent job.

Also, the action is immense here centering around one of the demons of the Tokyo region. They are saving the entire human race from this virus threat, and the action is really commendable in some scenes.

    3. In Another World With My Smartphone

In Another World With My Smartphone

In Another World With My Smartphone is about Mochizuki Touya, a guy who’s reincarnated in another world.

He’s accidentally killed by God’s lightning, and so to show forgiveness, God grants him powers and a special smartphone to navigate the new world.

The aspect of the main character having “God’s” phone number is hilarious.

In this harem, Touya’s story plays out in ways similar to World’s End  Harem. But in an Isekai setting and supernatural abilities, fan service, etc.

    4. Redo Of Healer

    Redo Of Healer

Redo of Healer was one of the most controversial anime last year, and we had to put it on our list. The redo of Healer created controversies all over the world. Some say the story holds a lot of meaning while others are just there for the cliche harem plot.

But, the rating is also F, so the fan service is high, and you will be greeted with thirsty scenes almost every episode. But, there is a little bit of a different story here. This story is mainly about revenge. But, the incidents that the MC gets into along the way is similar to that of Shuumatsu no Harem.

    5. How Not To Summon A Demon Lord

How Not To Summon A Demon Lord

If it’s the guilty pleasure you seek, your search is over. This show is as silly as the title suggests. Our Main Character is a gamer who quite literally wakes up in the world of a fantasy MMORPG that he plays. He finds himself in the body of his game character and to the viewer’s eternal delight, gets a group almost immediately. The show however, is well aware of its absurdity which makes it all the more fun to watch.

How NOT to Summon a Demon Lord is an almost perfect portrayal of how a gamer would behave in a fantasy world. This makes the story feel more genuine despite the setting being out of the realm of possibility.

    6. Quintessential Quintuplets

    Quintessential Quintuplets

This one’s very similar to We Never Learn!. 5 twins aren’t as academically inclined as their father would wish them to be, to say the least. So he hires our Main Character, FuutarouUesugi, to tutor them and they all obviously fall in love with him. As creepy as it sounds, you’ll find yourself rooting for your favorite sister to win his heart. It’s quite entertaining, to be honest.

Under FuutarouUsugi’s guidance, their grades gradually improved. As the story progresses, Fuutarou starts helping them with their personal problems as well as their studies. The animation and audio are generic, to say the least.

    7. Monster Musume

    Monster Musume

At first glance, the viewer may assume that this series is yet another Harem Anime featuring a bunch of women around the main character, but that’s not the case here.

The females in question aren’t “human” at all but rather a diverse group of creatures inspired by mythologies from various cultures. Obvious innuendos aside, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the depth and quality of storytelling that this anime has to offer. It’s amazing!

The series depicts Kimihito, a human who is incredibly selfless, very good at cooking, and has no faults whatsoever. His past on the other hand, offers more insight into his overall demeanor and incredible resilience. Kimihito is a home-stay for several non-human females mentioned above, their antics are the major theme of the show.

The show may belong to the comedy genre yet it doesn’t fail to portray complex themes such as discrimination among the species, prejudice against non-humans, and the integration of said species into Human Society.

    8. Canaan

    Canaan

Oosawa Maria and her partner Mino are saved by an old friend named Canaan when they are battling a couple of strangers. The plot thickens when there’s a deadly virus on the loose and our heroes are the only one that can stop it.

I’m sorry to disappoint you but this is not like THOSE anime. Canaan is similar to World’s End Harem in the deadly virus part only. But I must say that if you do give it a try, it won’t be disappointing. Especially if you need a break between the those kinds of content.

The action and music are very satisfying and the animation is adequate.

    9. Ishuzoku Reviewers

    Ishuzoku Reviewers

We put Ishuzoku Reviewers in the top 5 of our list of Top 10 Anime Similar to Shuumatsu No Harem because it resembles a lot of the story. Demons, Elves- there are a lot of species of girls in this anime. The main character is quite a pervert and openly sleeps with different species of girls that he finds in a brothel.

There are a lot of controversies surrounding the anime when it was released. If you do not have this particular taste, we recommend staying far away.

    10. KissxSis

    KissxSis

KissXSis is not an action anime, but that does not stop it from having a place on our list. The main element of KissxSis is incest, and if that sounds gross to you- we recommend staying away from the very beginning.

A mixture of Harem and Ecchi- there is a lot of skin showing in here as well compared to Shuumatsu no Harem. Though the typical elements are not present, and it can get grimy for people who do not like ecchi- KissxSis does have a huge fanbase.

This is all we have on the list of Top 10 Anime Similar to World’s End Harem. What else would you like to add? What does your list look like? Let us know about your favorites on the list. Which ones have you watched? Which are you going to give a try?
