Colson Baker aka Machine Gun Kelly published the Red Band trailer for his stoner comedy “Good Mourning,” which he wrote, directed, and stars in alongside Mod Sun, in honor of 4/20.
After the love of his life, Apple (Becky G), breaks up with him via text, the rom-com follows movie star London Clash (Baker). The timing could not be more inconvenient, as London hosts his most significant professional meeting on the same day. London’s day keeps going worse, compounded by crazy roommates and wildly unforeseen twists and turns, until he is forced to choose between chasing his one true love and obtaining a life-changing, starring role in a big motion picture.
London’s agent is played by Whitney Cummings, and his buddies are played by Mod Sun and Pete Davidson. Megan Fox makes a cameo appearance, and Dove Cameron, GaTa, Zach Villa, Jenna Boyd, and Boo Johnson round out the ensemble group.
Machine Gun Kelly is vying for parts in front of and behind the camera on the big screen. He plays a rock star in distress in Tim Sutton’s independent film “Taurus.” Machine Gun Kelly stars as a strung-out, drugged-up musician wandering through a “Last Days”-style depiction in the film, which recently opened at the Berlin Film Festival. (In that film, Megan Fox had a one-shot appearance.)
Is “Good Mourning” on Hulu?
“Good Mourning” won’t be seen on Hulu. The new reality show The Kardashians has already premiered, and the globe continues to spin, so perhaps it wasn’t the harbinger of the apocalypse I was expecting. Mayans M.C. returns for a second season, as well as the new season of the Hulu original comedy Woke and the second season of The Hardy Boys.
Is “Good Mourning” on HBO Max?
“Good Mourning” is not a part of HBO Max’s upcoming releases. On the film front, one of the major Warner Bros. films from 2021 will return to HBO Max in May. On May 10th, The Matrix Resurrections will be added back to the streamer’s selection. Dear Evan Hansen and Catwoman: Hunted are two other new releases this month.
Is “Good Mourning” on Prime Video?
“Good Mourning” won’t be among the current titles being released this month. This April, Amazon Prime Video will make exclusive new movies and episodes available for free streaming, including All The Old Knives and The Outlaws: Season 1. With the top titles reaching Prime, including other Amazon Originals like Undone: Season 2, Verdict: Season 1, I Love America, and Laura Pausini – Pleased to Meet You, the platform’s streaming choices are heating up.
Is “Good Mourning” on Netflix?
“Good Mourning” will not be premiering on Netflix. The return of one of the greatest sci-fi comedies of all time tops Netflix’s list of new releases for April 2022. On April 20, Natasha Lyonne will reprise her role as the time-displaced Nadia in Russian Doll season 2.
The show’s first season debuted in 2019 and seemed to present a fairly thorough story about one Brooklyn woman’s experiences of dying over and over again. Lyonne and her co-producers Leslye Headland and Amy Poehler, on the other hand, still have a narrative to tell. Netflix is surely delighted to continue to tell the story.
