The list of returning tattoo artists participating in the 14th season of Ink Master, which premieres on Wednesday, September 7, has been made public by Paramount+.
The new, 10-episode season will feature three new judges: Ryan Ashley, the first female tattoo artist to win Ink Master (in Season 8); Nikko Hurtado, one of the best color realism artists in the world; and Ami James, a well-known Japanese tattoo specialist and entrepreneur with almost 30 years of experience are the three judges. The new season will be hosted by Joel Madden, lead vocalist for the pop/punk band Good Charlotte and co-founder of music companies Madan and Veeps.
In his role as the “Master of Chaos,” former presenter Dave Navarro brings wild surprises and game-changing explosives to the battle.
The competitors this season are said to be “famous fan favorites” from prior Ink Master episodes, and they will be engaged in “some of the greatest, most thrilling and epic challenges witnessed in the history of the competition.” The winner will get a whooping $250,000 in addition to the title of “Ink Master” and the greatest reward in the show’s history.
Plot- The description adds, “The legends will need to demonstrate that they have the top level abilities that distinguish an Ink Master: composition, accuracy, color theory, elegance, stamina, and endurance. One slip-up might send them home, and only one artist will win the competition since the stakes are higher than they’ve ever been.
Spike/Paramount Network initially broadcast Ink Master for 13 seasons, inspiring the creation of three spinoffs: Ink Master: Redemption, Ink Master: Angels, and Ink Master: Grudge Match.
