    Filming For John Wick 4 Finally Begins With Keanu Reeves On Centre Stage!

    Keanu Reeves will reprise his role in the upcoming sequel John Wick 4, and actor Shamier Anderson has confirmed that filming has begun.

    The fourth instalment of John Wick has begun filming. The sequel will feature Keanu Reeves reprising his role as the titular vigilante, as well as actor Shamier Anderson. Anderson confirmed the start of filming on the highly anticipated sequel by posting a teaser image from the set of John Wick 4 on Instagram on Monday. He also included a funny video of Reeves training for the film alongside Anderson, which is actually a reedited sequence from The Matrix, in his original Instagram post.

    Ian McShane has teased his comeback in the film, and the ensemble cast of John Wick 4 has gotten a lot bigger in recent weeks. Donnie Yen, Bill Skarsgard, and Rina Sawayama are among the newcomers that will appear in the fourth film alongside Anderson. Hiroyuki Sanada, has recently joined the cast and will apparently portray a swordsman. It’s evident from the cast that John Wick 4 will be a high-octane ride.

    Chad Stahelski, who co-directed John Wick with David Leitch and directed the first two instalments on his own, will return to head John Wick 4. shay Hatten and Michael Finch collaborated on the writing for John Wick 4.The series’ creator, Derek Kolstad, who authored the first two films and co-wrote John Wick 3, will not be involved.

    We might have already seen John Wick 4 if not for the global pandemic of 2020. The Matrix 4 was set to be released on May 21, 2021, which would have pitted the film against another Keanu Reeves sequel. Plans were revised and shooting was pushed back to this year, resulting in a new release date for John Wick 4.

    The wait has been regrettable, but the good news is that the wheels are finally turning.
