The Klutzy Witches a Japanese manga for children. The manga has been written by Satoko Narita. Enga Senno has done the illustrations. The popular manga is about to receive an anime film adaptation very soon. It has been confirmed on The Klutzy Witch’s official Twitter account that an anime film will be released in Spring 2023.
Before the anime film, the series has been published in POPLAR- A Japanese magazine. As the anime is about to be released, let’s have a look at the synopsis of the plot. The story is about a girl named Fuka and her mother who is a queen. Her mother rules from the Silver Castle and is an excellent witch.
Fuka looks up to her and tries her best to be like her mother one day. Though wanting to perform better, she remains always distracted and manages to get herself into trouble. Fuka has a lively and extroverted personality and is seen often playing with her friends.
Besides her good intention, she gets trapped in one incident after another. Fuka’s best friend is also a princess- Karin- the princess of Green Castle. Apart from Karin, Fuka also hangs out with her childhood friend- Chitose- a prince of Blue Castle.
The real thrill begins when the trio decides to go into the Wood of Wolf to look for a tunnel. As they keep exploring, instead of a tunnel, they find a hole, from where their whole plan takes a turn and the real adventure begins.
When will the anime film The Klutzy Witch is set to air?
The anime film production was confirmed on October 10, 2021. The series will be released in Q2 2023. As of now, a teaser has been released, alongside the cast of the film. Takayuki Hamana is the acting director. Kiyoko Yoshimura will be working on the scripts. The characters are being designed by Marumi Sugita.
