Return to Hogwarts is meant to commemorate Harry Potter’s 20th anniversary, notably the 20th anniversary of the franchise’s first film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, which was released in November 2001. Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts will incorporate interviews and cast chats, similar to Friends: The Reunion, which was also filmed for HBO Max.
Other cast members include Helena Bonham Carter (Bellatrix Lestrange), Robbie Coltrane (Hagrid), Jason Isaacs (Lucius Malfoy), Gary Oldman (Sirius Black), Imelda Staunton (Dolores Umbridge), Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), James and Oliver Phelps (Fred and George Weasley), Mark Williams (Arthur Weasley), Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley), James and Oliver (Neville Longbottom), Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) and Ian Hart (Quirinus Quirrell) are among the cast members.
Chris Columbus, the director of Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone as well as Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, will be in attendance. Return to Hogwarts is a Warner Bros. Unscripted Television production in collaboration with Warner Horizon. Executive producers include Casey Patterson of Casey Patterson Entertainment and Pulse Films. The Making of Harry Potter: Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – Return to Hogwarts was used to film Return to Hogwarts.
The reunion special does not include J.K. Rowling, the Harry Potter author, who is now hated by portions of the fandom for her anti-trans beliefs (and has found many vociferous defenders as well). She will, however, be seen through archival film. As producer and writer on the five-film Fantastic Beasts series, Rowling is still heavily involved in the Harry Potter Wizarding World brand.

It’s worth mentioning that while HBO Max confirmed that the pre-launch poll was conducted, it also stated that the final subscription plans may differ.
HBO Max will be offered in three tiers, with the most basic package starting at Rs 69 per month. It would be known as ‘Ad supported,’ and as the term implies, it would allow viewers to watch content while being exposed to advertisements.
The service will also include standard definition (SD) streaming and the ability to watch up to two streams at once on a variety of devices, including smartphones, tablets, and televisions. This plan’s material, such as TV programmes, will be available once the entire season has been completed, while movies will be available one year after their theatrical or digital release.
The second HBO Max subscription, dubbed “Mobile,” would cost Rs 139 per month and allow only one stream to be watched at a time. It will also support SD resolution content, but without any advertisements and will only operate on mobile and tablet devices. TV shows will be available two or three weeks after their global premiere, while movies will be available six to eight months after their digital or theatrical release.
Finally, the HBO Max Standard plan, which costs Rs 329 per month, is the top tier subscription. It will provide 4K UHD streaming sans advertisements. The plan will work with a wide range of devices and can handle up to three streams at once. Users with this membership will be able to watch movies and TV shows as soon as they are released around the world.
Users can create up to five viewer profiles on any of HBO Max’s three tiers. According to reports, the streaming service will also provide a 50 percent discount on its mobile and basic plans, which are priced at Rs 1,001 and Rs 1,947, respectively.
