Plot- It’s about Leone, a 16-year-old teen, and her two fathers, Simeone and Paolo, who were both born in California, so a big thank you to Tilly, an American woman who also assisted his parents in bringing him into the world. Leone was born and raised in Italy, just like the other children, and has likewise struggled for rights in which his family has participated.
It’s about filming a little movie about Leone ready for school with his best friend, Jacopo. After overcoming preconceptions and misunderstandings about sexuality, Leone is focused on living with his first love while maintaining solidarity with his family, which has been in trouble. On dealing with a complicated family situation, Leo will be forced to consider the true nature of the “invisible thread” that connects him to both his fathers and the woman who gave birth to him.
