Jennifer Garner, Who Played The Beloved Double Agent Sydney Bistrow, Hopes For An Alias Reboot

Action thriller Alias was created by JJ Abrams and first aired in September of 2011 on ABC. The show ran for five seasons and follows the story of double agent Sydney Bistrow who worked for the CIA as well as a criminal organisation. Now, after 15 years of the show’s final season, Jennifer Garner who played the lead role has revealed that she would love for a reboot to happen. Fans of the show and Garner share the excitement for this possible project and we all hope that we get to see super-spy Bistrow at her finest once again.

She would want her favourite co-star back:

Garner sat in conversation with The Hollywood Reporter recently, to promote her upcoming comedy Yes Day. While in talks, she stated how she loved her journey in the show and would love for a reboot along with Bradley Cooper, who was her co-star and played the role of Will Tippin on the show. She joked that she would “grab Bradley by the scruff of his neck” for this opportunity. In the past, Mayann Brandon, who is Abrams’ editor has said that the two have talked about a possible remake of Alias, but unfortunately no such plans are in the works as of now.
