Julia Becomes Queen Of Hell In Hellraiser 2’s Original Cut Ending

Hellbound: Hellraiser II could have had an altered ending where Julia became Queen of Hell. Back in 1987, a new franchise in the horror category was only getting happening with Hellraiser. It was written and directed by Clive Barker. The franchise led a new thing to fear and the character that would lead the whole franchise. Hellraiser made way for a franchise of 10 films, and most of them released as direct-to-video and on digital platforms and comic books and various novels. It didn’t take much time for a Hellraiser sequel to reach. The following year viewers reunified with Pinhead and other characters in Hellbound: Hellraiser II.

The story of the Hellraiser II

Set shortly after the first film events, Hellraiser II follows Kirsty Cotton, who is sent to a psychiatric hospital where she encounters Doctor Channard and fellow patient Tiffany. She has an exceptional talent for puzzles. What Kirsty wasn’t counting on was Channard being covertly fanatical with the Lament Configuration. It unchecked a new upsurge of violent and explicit events involving the hazardous puzzle, the mattress Julia Cotton died upon in the previous film. Channard brought the bed to his house and freed Julia. She then seduced him, so he continual fetching mentally ill patients so she could nourish and restore. Later on, in the Cenobites world, Channard was deceived by Julia and left to be distorted into a Cenobite. Then, Kirsty comes across her uncle, Frank Cotton, who Julia then demolished in vengeance for murdering her, and she allowed Kirsty to b free. A whirlwind killed Julia, and Kirsty later cast off her skin to pretend to be Julia to Channard to give Tiffany more time to crack the puzzle so they could leave. At the end of Hellraiser II, two moving men were eliminating Channard’s belongings from his home and came across the mattress. One of them was dragged inside of it, while the other saw enigmatic and frightening support rise from within it, which had many victims’ faces.

    The ending of the film

The conclusion where Julia became Queen of Hell was shot, and there are photos of her in a black dress fluctuating around online, but it didn’t make it to the ending cut of the film. However, it’s worth noticing that Pinhead is not theoretically an antihero in the Hellraiser world, helping more as an antagonist, so Julia’s role in the franchise might have been that of an appropriate villain. It would have entirely different from the rest of the films and other media.
