The show follows a young woman who courts a wealthy suitor in 19th century England. When she is asked to chaperone her younger sister to a ball, she never expects that she will be swept off her feet by the dashing and mysterious personality of Mr. Malcolm. Despite her initial reluctance, she finds herself drawn to the suitor and his unorthodox views on love and marriage.
As their relationship deepens, she begins to suspect that the suitor may be hiding a dark secret. The closer she gets to him, the more danger she may be in. Emma Holly Jones has directed the show, and it is written by Suzanne Allain. Freida Pinto, Zawe Ashton, Sope Dirisu, Ashley Park, Oliver Jackson-Cohen, and Theo James will feature in the show.

It was an act of satisfying revenge for her friend- and a lesson for the man not to judge others so harshly.
