15 Anime To Watch If You Love That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime

If you enjoy Isekai anime in general, you should check out these anime similar to That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime.

The popularity of the Isekai anime genre has skyrocketed in recent years, and a flood of anime has entered the market to meet the demand. The stories, which feature ordinary people who are transported to fantasy worlds, are mostly about learning to adapt to a drastically different environment.

That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime is a popular title, but others have also managed to stand out. To the delight of fans, these anime either put a new spin on an already tired genre or simply embrace classic tropes with open arms.

The isekai genre has yet to lose steam after gaining enormous popularity in the 2010s. Teleporting or reincarnating characters in high fantasy otherworlds is a well-worn trope.

While the basic isekai formula can be overused and boring if done incorrectly, many anime add a new twist to the proceedings or include new elements that make them worthwhile.
