While Gerard Butler awaits the approval of several of his upcoming projects, such as the Den of Thieves sequel and the action film Kandahar, he is busy executive producing this upcoming action-drama thriller that tells the story of a shattered marriage that puts their love and the husband’s survival skills to the test.
Is “Last Seen Alive” based on a true story?
Will and Lisa Spann, a couple with a shattered marriage, embark on a road journey to Lisa’s parents’ house in the film. However, things go wrong when they stop at a gas station, and Lisa vanishes. As a result, Will begins a frenzied quest. Furthermore, he must through a slew of trials, making this gripping thriller a summer must-see.
To begin with, local law enforcement is unwilling to cooperate. Second, authorities believe he is responsible for his wife’s disappearance. As a result, he must clear his name. In order to accomplish so, he must contend with local criminal hoodlums from remote villages while also contending with cops breathing down his neck. Is it possible for Will Spann to track down his wife, clear his record, and salvage his marriage? Or will he be framed by the local cops or face impending tragedy at the hands of some hoodlums? We’ll have to wait till the premiere to find out!
On June 3, 2022, Last Seen Alive will be released. Brian Goodman directed this picture, which is his third; he previously filmed “What Doesn’t Kill You” in 2008 and “Black Butterfly” in 2017, and it was based on a script written by Marc Frydman, who previously collaborated with Goodman on the script for Black Butterfly. In Fast & Furious: Tokyo Drift, the director of the film plays Lucas Black’s father. Furthermore, the film’s initial title was “Chase,” but it was changed to “Last Seen Alive” by the producers. Keep in mind that the film may be distributed under that name in some countries owing to licensing concerns, which is a common occurrence.
First and foremost, Gerard Butler (Leonidas from “300”) plays Will Spann, the male lead. Second, Jaimie Alexander (Sif in “Loki” and “Thor: The Dark World”) plays Lisa Spann, the female lead. Then, as Sergeant Andersen, Dani Deetté (from Netflix’s Ozark) plays a supporting female role. Jo Paul is also played by Robert Walker Branchaud (Orville from Marvel’s “Hawkeye”).
That’s all there is to it! Make a note to see this suspenseful disappearance thriller, which will have you on the edge of your seat owing to Gerard Butler’s outstanding performance. Last Seen Alive will be released internationally on the aforementioned date.
