Comic Book has received an exclusive first look at a scene from Batman: The Long Halloween – Part One, courtesy of Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. On Tuesday, June 22, the animated film starring Jensen Ackles as Batman and the late Naya Rivera as Catwoman will be released digitally and on Blu-ray.
A face-to-face confrontation between a pre-Two-Face Harvey Dent (Josh Duhamel) and The Joker (Troy Baker) is featured in the footage. Imagine how not-on-the-same-page they are when Harvey is still functioning as the Gotham City District Attorney. If you thought their methods to conduct villainy and evil deeds, put them at odds from time to time, one can only imagine how polarized they are while Harvey still acts as the Gotham City District Attorney.

Batman encounters both organised crime and a mysterious murderer as he investigates heinous serial crimes during the holidays in Gotham. The feature-length animated picture, which will be accompanied by the latest DC Showcase animated short, The Losers, is planned for release on Digital and Blu-ray on June 22, 2021, by Warner Bros. Animation, DC, and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.
Part One is based on the iconic DC storey by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale. It begins with a brutal murder on Halloween prompting Gotham’s young vigilante, Batman, to form a pact with the city’s only two uncorrupt cops to take down Roman, the notorious Falcone Crime Family’s leader. When more people are killed on Thanksgiving and Christmas, it becomes evident that they’re dealing with a serial killer, whose identity is becoming more difficult to determine with each conflicting hint.
Will they catch the holiday killer?
