When Is 101 Places To Party Before You Die (2022) Releasing?

While your vacation plans may have been foiled recently, truTV offers the solution to your wanderlust. “101 Places to Party Before You Die,” which is based on the best-selling novel “101 Places to Get F*cked Up Before You Die,” has been greenlit by the network TODAY.

The eight half-hour travel comedy series, currently in production and set to premiere this summer, follows hilarious improvers and real-life best friends Adam Pally (“Happy Endings”) and Jon Gabrus (“Game Over, Man!”) as they consume and devour local life in Maui, Moab, Miami, Puerto Rico, Portland, Richmond, Atlanta, and Denver.

The show is a bromance for the ages, following accidental travel presenters Pally and Gabrus, who are offered a three-day weekend vacation by their wives to travel throughout the United States to different locales and explore everything they have to offer.

Stepping off the usual road, the lads champion the authenticity of each location and share their passion for the unknown with viewers. Even after 15 years of friendship and experience, they still have so much to learn about each location, from distinctive meals and drinks to local landmarks and other eccentricities.

The series is co-produced by Shed Media in association with Clone Wolf, Inc., High and Mighty Productions, Inc., 3 Arts Entertainment, Inc., and Artists First for Warner Bros. Unscripted Television, with executive producers Brian Steinberg, Dan Peirson, Lisa Shannon, Michael Rucker, Julie Golden, Adam Pally, Greg Walter, Josh Lieberman and Tucker Voorhees. Rucker is also the showrunner. The series is based on the MATADOR Network and Hollan Publishing, Inc. book “101 Places to Get F*cked Up Before You Die.”

In a summer programming update, Warner Bros. Discovery’s TNets (TBS, TNT, and truTV) announced that the previously announced TBS dating competition series The Big D will premiere on July 7, and that a new unscripted comedy/travel series, 101 Places to Party Before You Die, will premiere on truTV on July 14.

The more tastefully titled series follows comedians and longtime friends Adam Pally and Jon Gabrus as they embark on a series of three-day-weekend excursions to some of the most party-hearty destinations the United States and its territories have to offer, where they sample local food and drink specialties and investigate each location’s distinctive idiosyncrasies, inspired by the best-selling book 101 Places to Get F*cked Up Before You Die.

Maui, Moab, Miami, Puerto Rico, Richmond, Atlanta, and Denver are among the destinations included in the series.

Shed Media, in collaboration with Clone Wolf, High and Mighty Productions, 3 Arts Film & Television, and Artists First, is producing the series for Warner Bros. Unscripted Television. Along with protagonists Pally and Gabrus, Dan Peirson, Lisa Shannon, Julie Golden, Greg Walter, Josh Lieberman, Tucker Voorhees, and Brian Steinberg, Michael Rucker serves as showrunner and executive producer.

Adam Pally, who starred in Netflix’s comedy Game Over, Man!, and Jon Gabrus, who played in Happy Endings, are on their way to the party.

For truTV, the buddies star in the travel show 101 Places to Party Before You Die.

The half-hour series will see the two ingest and devour local life in Maui, Moab, Miami, Puerto Rico, Portland, Richmond, Atlanta, and Denver, and is based on the bestselling book 101 Places to Get F*cked Up Before You Die.

In the eight-part series, they are given a three-day weekend break by their wives to travel throughout the United States to various destinations, many of which are off the main path, to explore everything they have to offer.

The series is created by Shed Media in collaboration with Clone Wolf, High and Mighty Productions, 3 Arts Entertainment, and Artists First for Warner Bros Unscripted Television.

Along with Pally, Gabrus, Dan Peirson, Lisa Shannon, Julie Golden, Greg Walter, Josh Lieberman, Tucker Voorhees, and Brian Steinberg, Michael Rucker is the showrunner and executive producer.
