James May will be traveling once more for a new season of his travel program on Amazon Prime Video, but he will be visiting Italy this time. James May: Our Man in Italy follows the Grand Tour hero as he explores the diversity of culture, cuisine, industry, and sport that the European nation has to offer, from Palermo to the Dolomites.
On Friday, July 15, the second season of James May’s travel show will be available on Amazon Prime Video. Similar to its predecessor Our Man in Japan, the forthcoming series is anticipated to include six episodes.
James May: Our Man in Italy will follow the former Top Gear personality as he travels the length of the Italian peninsula, beginning in the Dolomites and concluding in Palermo, the capital of Sicily.
The six-part series, which explores culture, gastronomy, industry, and sport, will take May to nearly every area of Italy as he travels to some of the most magnificent settings on earth.
Along with Parma and Turin, where he meets Italian footballer Giorgio Chiellini, May is also scheduled to travel to the Ferrari Fiorano test track in Maranello, a cheese bank in Montese, the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni on Lake Como, and a luthier in Cremona.
