    Where To Stream “Sprung (2022)”?

    Sprung will soon be available on Amazon Freevee. The new Greg Garcia comedy series has a premiere date on the free streaming platform. Garret Dillahunt, Martha Plimpton, Phillip Garcia, Shakira Barrera, James Earl, and Clare Gillies are among the cast members. The drama centers on a “unlikely collection of formerly jailed persons who come together to employ their criminal talents for good.”

    The comedy, which debuts the next month, is scheduled to include nine episodes. In a press statement, Amazon Freevee provided further information about the new show.

    Amazon Sprung, a nine-episode comedy series from Freevee that centers on an odd gang of ex-offenders who team together to use their criminal talents for good, has just unveiled its official trailer. Sprung, written by Emmy-winning author Greg Garcia (My Name is Earl and Raising Hope), stars Emmy-winning actress Martha Plimpton (Generation, Younger) as Barb, Garret Dillahunt (Fear the Walking Dead, The Mindy Project) as Jack, Phillip Garcia (Scandal) as Rooster, Shakira Barrera (GLOW) as Gloria, James Earl (Night School) as Melvin, and Clare Gillies as Wiggles. Beginning on August 19, the first two episodes will be released exclusively on Freevee. Thereafter, fresh episodes will air every week, with the season finale airing on September 16 for an hour.

    Guest stars include Susan Ruttan from Shameless, Camden Garcia from My Name is Earl, Chris Bauer from Gaslit, Mark Christopher Lawrence from The Love Boat, Mike Rob from The Equalizer, Fred Grandy from The Love Boat, Steven Ogg from The Walking Dead, and David Wells from Grey’s Anatomy as Congresswoman Paula Tackleberry (Shameless).

    Greg Garcia, Garret Dillahunt, Michael Rotenberg, and Jonathan Berry are the executive producers of Sprung in collaboration with 3 Arts. Gina Gari is a co-producer, while Tim Stack, Michael Pennie, and Bobby Bowman are consulting producers. Garcia also serves as the series’ nine episodes’ director.
