Light book series Redo of Healer was created by Rui Tsukiyo and Shiokonbu. Since October 2017, Kadokawa Shoten has been serialising an online manga adaptation with artwork by Sken Haga. From January to March 2021, an anime adaption of the dark fantasy genre aired. Light book series Goblin Slayer! was created by Kumo Kagyu and Noboru Kannatsuki. The Monthly Big Gangan is currently serialising a manga adaption by Ksuke Kurose. From October to December 2018, an anime television series aired on television. Goblins are generally disregarded because of their low status. These creatures prowl rural settlements, stealing the females of other species to reproduce, while adventurers overlook them in favour of more lucrative quests with bigger rewards.
A group of novices are sent on a quest to determine whether a goblin tribe is abducting local women when a zealous 15-year-old priestess joins them. The only good goblins in the universe of Goblin Slayer are the ones that have already died. I’m telling you, the goblin situation is quite awful. It’s fortunate that the Goblin Slayer can save the day! These days, only a select few anime are as “controversial” as Goblin Slayer. Its narrative is not only vicious and bloody, but it is also filled with gory atrocity. It seems like there is no hope of salvation for the show’s goblins. Even though they are weak and timid both individually and as a race, they pose a serious threat if allowed unchecked.

A similar anime with strong and dark fighting sequences is Redo of Healer. The talks between characters can be challenging to follow, but they are fascinating nonetheless! This story takes place in the year 2050, when mysterious beings known only as “Oracle Cells” suddenly come out of nowhere and start consuming all life on Earth. Because they are powerless to fend off these creatures, humans are in danger of going extinct.
