The captivating six-part television series, which was developed by renowned actor, playwright, and film director Akin Omotoso, is set in two parallel worlds: modern-day South Africa, and the world of African gods and supernatural beings.
Ntsiki faces a powerful and determined adversary in the character of Ayanda Mbatha (Nomalanga Nkosi), the cruel wife of an equally ruthless land-grabbing real estate tycoon named Luthando Mbatha (Tony Kgoroge), who has her own compelling reasons for abusing the powers of The Brave Ones. To defeat her terrifying enemies and save her family from oblivion, Ntsiki must learn how to harness and manage her talents.
The performers Bonko Khoza, Zamani Mbatha, Pheello Kotelo, and Sthandiwe Kgoroge give The Brave Ones’ many and dramatic characters life. As the all-knowing elder Ndyebo, the famous Yule Masiteng gives a stirring performance.

Synopsis:
