Fans of horror can now get their hands on VHS for 2020 films ‘Host’ and ‘Survival Kills.’ The former is a Shudder original film, and the latter is a dark comedy, and both the films will be distributed by Witter Entertainment in collaboration with Broke Horror Fan. Witter Entertainment is a marketing, public relations, and entertainment label focused on releasing projects we want to share with the world. Broke Horror fan is a website dedicated to selling horror genre merchandise.
Plotlines for the films
The film ‘Host’ made excellent use of the pandemic situation to shoot a horror that was shown virtually, with all the actors filming their scenes from their respective homes. The film tells the story of six friends who have a séance over a zoom call, and as expected, things go sideways, making it almost impossible for them to survive the night. ‘Survival Kills,’ on the other hand, revolves around a policeman named Jim who, while working a domestic violence case, finds out the bitter truth of the policing system.

‘Host’ was directed by Rob Savage and stars Haley Bishop (‘Angel Has Fallen,’ 2019), Jemma Moore (‘Wonder Woman,’ 2017), Emma Louise Webb (‘Multiplex,’ 2020), Radina Drandova (‘Girls on the Film 2: Before Dawn,’ 2017), Caroline Ward (‘Dawn of the Deaf,’ 2016) and Seylan Baxter (‘Macbeth,’ 2015). ‘Survival Kills’ was directed by Quinn Armstrong and starred Vayu O’Donnell (‘Mr. Talented, 2018), Stacy Keach (‘American History X,’ 1998), and Ericka Kreutz (‘Sharp Objects,’ 2018).
