After numerous other movies like the Marvel Movies in season 4 and Nolan Movies once, the popular online game Fortnite is now expected to bring in the Alien Franchise into their online fantasy world in season 5. In a tweet from developer Epic Games, the team behind Fortnite seems to hint exactly that. The tweet talks about a ship that runs on technology from 1986, which makes it all but obvious that it’s the Alien Franchise described.
From Terminator to Predator, season 5 is all about the hunters
While the season already includes skins from the Terminator and Predator franchises, Epic games try to create a cross-franchise setting where hunters from multiple movies come together. Leaks worldwide have suggested that the Xenomorph from Alien will be coming to Fortnite, albeit as a skin for players. But we do not expect it to be without cost, it is expected to be a purchasable entity from within Fortnite in the online item shop for the game. Not just the skin, portals and sound effects from the original movie’s Nostromo spaceship would also feature within Fortnite.

Expected to be in the store for a limited time
Some reports state that the skin would be the male as the movies had numerous male aliens with one giant queen. The Xenomorph skin would also probably stand taller than a normal character skin, as was the movie’s case. We do not have any details about pricing or the release date from Epic, but the skin would probably exist in the store for a short while, like we have seen with other sought-after skins of season 5. According to estimates, depending on how rare the developers want to make it, the skin might cost anywhere from 1200 to 2000 V-Bucks (the online currency within the Fortnite store).
