Art the Clown dresses like aclown. Throughout the short films in All Hallows’ Eve, Art’s appearance changes dramatically. He has the appearance of a human clown at first and his image becomesalarming, with profoundly sunken cheeks, unclean, rotting teeth, an irregularly formed head, and an extended, crooked nose that comes to a rather sharp point.

In the film Terrifier, Art wears a black and white outfit. He is seen carrying a black garbage bag where he keeps his weapons. His eyes, mouth, and (fake) brows are painted black, while his face is paintedwhite. On his head, he wears a white bald cap with a little black hat.

Art is a cruel, deadly, and deranged killer who enjoys violently executing almost everyone he encounters. Mutilation is his favourite means of killing and torture. Art also has supernatural powers that he employs to make his targets fearful. He relentlessly pursues, terrorises, and stalks before killinghis targets slowly and sadistically.

Art does not speak and instead expresses multiple emotions via his face and is often seen laughing maniacally after he kills his victims.
