Plot- On December 6, Finland’s Independence Day celebrations are shattered by an attack on the Presidential Residence. A group of important visitors is kidnapped and held as prisoners. The hostage crisis will be handled by security service officer Max Tanner. Tanner will have to make some difficult decisions in order to discover out who is behind the attack. After all, it is not just individual lives that must be safeguarded, but also the destiny of Europe as a whole.
Attack on Finland was directed by Aku Louhimies. Jari Olavi Rantala wrote the script, which was based on a screenplay by Antti J. Jokinen and Mika Karttunen. Evelin Penttila, Sirkka Rautiainen, and Mikko Tenhunen were also involved in the production. Nanna Blondell, Sverrir Gudnason, Cathy Belton, Nika Savolainen, Pertti Sveholm, Juhan Ulfsak, Zijad Gracic, Miodrag Stojanovic, and Dragomir Mrsic feature in the film.
