When Aggretsuko’s concept of cute animals working at human occupations is what you adore, but you don’t want to watch another programme that will break your heart and crush it or make you doubt your own existence the way Aggretsuko does, turn to Working Buddies! It follows two college friends who are trying to make ends meet while doing a variety of odd jobs. The two main characters are portrayed by cats, and the other characters they encounter include a variety of different animals, including one or two red pandas.
3. Hataraki Man
Once again, among fans of anime, “Hataraki Man” is a lesser known film. You are quite unlikely to run into an anime enthusiast who has seen this anime. But even so, individuals who enjoy a slice-of-life anime with elements of humour, romance, and drama should give the series a go. It is an enjoyable television series with a total of 11 episodes, with each episode lasting around 21 minutes. The concept of “Hataraki Man” is the same as that of “Aggretsuko.” Both programmes are about working life in a Japanese metropolis on a daily basis. Detroit Metal City, a well-known heavy metal band in the independent music industry, is the focus of the anime. Johannes Krauser II, the band’s lead vocalist, is thought of as a devil straight from hell. But the truth is rather different. Krauser II is a typical college graduate who wants to depart amicably and does not particularly enjoy heavy metal.
