The majority of characters in the Predator universe are males because Yautja civilization is primarily male-dominated. However, we must not overlook the relevance of the female Yautjas who have appeared in comic books, novels, and video games.
They are just as ferocious and dangerous as their male counterparts, yet they can also be more intelligent and level-headed. And, of course, there’s the pure eroticism that their well-sculpted bodies bring! 12 Grotesque And Freakish Predator Variants Beyond Movies! And Freakish Predator Variants Beyond Movies!
And Freakish Pre We discussed some of the most heinous Predator Variants and the Yautja society’s structure. Let’s recap the social structure of these creatures, their hierarchical system, and code of honour before diving into some of the most beautiful female Yautjas.
The Yautja society is organised into various ranks based on a person’s hunting abilities and accomplishments. A juvenile Yautja begins as an unblooded and then transforms into a Young Blooded Yautja after completing the basic hunting training. A Young Blood becomes a Blooded Yautja after killing a Xenomorph and being marked with the Xenomorph blood.
This ceremony marks the beginning of a Yautja’s adulthood. The Yautja can then progress to become an Elite, an Elder, or a Leader. All Yautjas hold these three titles in great regard and hold them in high regard.
A Yautja who violates the honour code by killing an unarmed or undeserving victim is regarded as a rogue and a shame to Yautja society. Such defectors are called Bad Blood Predators. Now that we have finished the recap, let us begin the thrill ride, shall we?
Machiko Noguchi
MachikoNaguchi was a human, the daughter of a wealthy man and a caring mother, but her father committed himself after a tragic tragedy. In his dying breath, he urged Machiko to reclaim the family’shonor, and Machiko made it her life’s goal to fulfil her father’s final wish.
She quickly advanced through the ranks of the Chigusa Corporation She was eventually asked to oversee a ranching colony on the planet Ryushi. The planet had two suns which made the climate extremely hot and arid, and life extremely difficult.
She soon gained the respect of the Yautjas when her colony, named Prosperity Wells, was attacked by both a Yautja hunting party andXenomorphs released for hunting purposes. The Yautja team was led by Dachande, who had set up on Ryushi in order to train un-blooded Yautjas, and allow them to complete the blooding ritual.
He therefore had dropped Xenomorph eggs on the planet for the young ones to hunt, unaware that a human colony was also in residence there. When the attack began, Dachande assumed the role of rescuer for his people, feeling responsible for the bloodshed. Machiko was also fighting the Xenomorphs and assisting her people in escaping the planet, so she and Dachande teamed up against a common foe.
Machiko eventually achievedYautjahonor by slaying a Xenomorph queen with only her willpower and newly acquired talents. Machiko’s abilities impressed Dachande, who blooded her as he did his young pupils, and she resided with the clan aboard their mother ship from then on.
Naguchi used common predator weapons like plasma casters and wrist blades, wearing a bio mask and Yautjaarmor. She is one of the few humans to have been accepted and honored in the Yautja society. This 29-year-old girl did fulfill her father’s dying wish and gained more honor than he could have ever imagined.
Hashori
Hashori originally appeared in the comic Predator Incursion, the opening instalment of The Rage War trilogy. Alien Invasion and Alien vs. Predator Armageddon were the next two instalments. Predator Incursion tells the story of a group of humans who were forced to flee their species.
Originally, these group of humans and synthetics intended to establish a new society in the remote reaches of the cosmos, but as they gained more knowledge and power, their goals shifted, and they aspired to attack and murder other people instead.
These people created and controlled Xenomorph armies with the help of a piece of technology brought by a synthetic calledLiliya, from a Xenomorph research vessel named Evelyn Tew. Liliya didn’t like the idea of humans being massacred, and fled with the technology in a spaceship, before being caught by a Yautja vessel.
Hashori, her captor, was the leader of a widow clan of Yautjas, who subjectedLiliya to unimaginable levels of torture. She whipped Liliya with a chain that contains little eggs on its tips; these eggs then entered the victim’s body, hatching creature that began to eat her from the inside out, resulting in excruciating and prolonged pain. Hashori was uninterested in learning about Liliya’s past; inflicting misery was her sole goal.
When Hashori’s mother ship was attacked by a synthetic named Alexander and his xenomorph army, Liliya emphasised the significance of the diplomatic trip she was planning. Hashori saw what Liliya was going through and promised to help her.
Hashori is one of the tallest Yautjas, measuring a whopping 9 foot. Interestingly, she also understands and speaks English. She doesn’t wear any armor or clothes apart from a few articles to cover her breasts and crotch area. These three unusual traits make her stand apart from the rest of the Yautja society.
However, another peculiar feature is that Hashori belongs to a widow clan – a group of female Yautjas with dead husbands. But from previously published comics, we learn that the Yautja are not a monogamous society, and the females breed with any worthy male Yautja. Nevertheless, Hashori is one the most brutal and powerful Yautjas that we’ve come across in comics.
Valkyrie Predator
This meta Predator first appeared in the multiplayer game Predator Hunting Grounds earlier this year. The Vikings would attract the notice of a Viking Predator and acquire fame by being killed by this apex beast, according to the game’s storyline.
However, because a few Vikings would want to kill Viking Predators, the Predator society dispatched one of their most ferocious and powerful warriors to pursue vengeance. The Valkyrie Predator, who was unrivalled in terms of skill, stamina, speed, and strength, was this magnificent master killer.
Valkyrie Predator was introduced in the game, and her sole purpose is to choose which of the slain were worthy of a place in Valhalla. She’s a beautiful and elegant predator with silver skin all over, apart from a bit of a golden patch on her bio mask. Unlike other female Predators, her dreadlocks form a ponytail, giving her a predominantly feminine look.
Her body armor is meant to provide prolonged protection from heavy gunfire and therefore covers almost her entire body. Her secondary weapon is the combi stick, which of course can be used as a melee weapon for long-range attacks.
Her main weapon, however, is the strong Norse hammer, a weapon modelled after the Norse God Thor and designed for close-range attacks. Her characteristic technique is to leap into the air and bring the hammer down on her opponents when she lands, delivering a lethal blow. The Valkyrie Predator also wields sharp spears in her hands, allowing her to easily slash through her foes.
She is a tireless being in terms of stamina, and she can jump huge distances, as high as a multi-story building. She uses typical Yautja weapons including plasma casters. So, for all you followers of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Dutch, just know that if you manage to take out a Viking, don’t let your guard down because the Valkyrie will be on her way to exact her revenge.
Sister Midnight
Witchblade/Aliens/Darkness/Predator: Mindhunter was a crossover comic book released by Dark Horse Comics and Top Cow Productions in the year 2000. The Witchblade has mystical powers, and the Darkness is a basic element of the universe. Darkness and Witchblade are both stranded on a starship inhabited by Dark Aliens.
A dark alien is a xenomorph who was once possessed by a demon known as Darkling. Sister Midnight and her troop of Yautjas arrived on the vessel to exterminate the dark aliens and defend Earth from a xenomorph invasion. But the ship’s defense system killed all of the Yautjas, and only Sister Midnight survived.
Sister Midnight battled the dark alien alongsideDarkness and Witchblade. Midnight develops a strong attraction towards the latter, and seems to be protective of her, however this might be because she wants to be the one to kill Witchblade, and so eliminates everyone else who might potentially take that pleasure away from her.
Sadly, while fighting the dark alien, Sister Midnight is heavily injured and eventually succumbs to her wounds. Darkness and Witchblade give her an honorable send off, activating her gauntlet’s self-destruct mode and shooting the Yautja into space.
Sister Midnight was a unique Predator in many ways. Her bio helmet and armor bore shades of blue and pink, and she looked more colorful than many other Yautjas. She’s one of the few female Yautjas in the comics who has noticeable feminine features; other female Yautjas don’t have visible breasts.
She was a fierce fighter but not a brutal killer, and in times of need, she used her wits to help those who needed it. Yautja, the heroic female warrior, achieved her goal at the cost of her own life. Let’s be respectful to each other.
Vagouti
Humans are frequently pitted against prime hunters in the Predator universe. A game warden and sniper named Sloane protects a part of the Alaskan forests from poachers in one such story featured in the novel Predator Turnabout. He comes across a dead bear and believes it was killed by hunters, but he is later challenged by a Predator.
Sloane kills the Predator, but the narrative is far from over. Sloane and his wife, Mary, are pursued by a Yautja couple, Vagouti and her partner Nakande, in the chapter Rematch in the anthology novel Predator If It Bleeds. Sloane and Mary now live a quiet life in the Oregon forests, but unbeknownst to them, two skilled Predators are after their lives.
When Nakande and Vagouti locate the couple, Nakande feels that hunting them wouldn’t be a worthy hunt as Sloane has grown old. Vagouti tells him that this man once killed one of their own, and shouldn’t be underestimated. They both look for other prey and end up massacring a biker gang.
This alerts Sloane, and he sets a trap for the two Yautjas – despite growing older and slower, his skills are intact. He kills Nakande with a bullet straight to the lungs and while dying, Nakande concedes to Vagoutihis mistake in underestimating the old sniper. Later, Vagouti pledges revenge for the deaths of her mate and the Predator from the previous story.
She waits on top of one of the jungle’s trees, but Sloane eventually finds her and shoots her. She chuckles and self-destructs as she realises she has failed to achieve her job, wanting to kill everyone in the area. Despite this, Sloane manages to flee.
In the comics, Vagouti was shown to be smaller and skinnier than her male partner, but she was more skilled and mature than Nakande. She didn’t underestimate her opponent and gave Sloane the respect he deserved.
Big Mama
While most Predator stories have male Yautjas dominating the scene, one very famous and deep storyline centred on a female Predator by the name of Big Mama. Her tale revolves around a synthetic trophy wife named Caryn Delacroix, who was created to please Lucien Delacroix.
Lucien was a very wealthy man who lived on a Skyliner ship near a planet that was infested with Xenomorphs. Caryn often dreamed of a Predator who addressed her as Ash Parnall, and over time, she realized that the Predator from her dreams was real.
She was kidnapped by the Yautza and taken to a world dominated by Xenomorphs. Caryn, on the other hand, was rescued by humans who had also kidnapped another Predator. The Predator was then released, and Caryn gave her the name Big Mama.
Big Mama had a natural maternal instinct and felt compelled to protect Caryn. Caryn was even taught martial techniques and other things by her, just like any other unbloodedYautja.
The Big Mama has immensely advanced combat skills and uses the traditional Yautja weapons and armor. Despite her maternal impulses toward Caryn, Big Mama lacks feminine physical characteristics such as breasts and resembles any other male Yautja. Aliens vs. Predator: Deadliest of the Species introduced Big Mama.
She paired up with an unlikely ally in this comic, battling alongside a queen mother xenomorph to defeat the White Hybrids and their King. Such an alliance of hostile races is rare and exciting, but it’s plausible that Big Mama is an Elite Predator, meaning she’s slain her fair share of xenomorphs in her time.
Yaquita
As previously stated, Hashori and Liliya teamed together to combat the android general Alexander and his army of xenomorphs in Predator Incursion. They eked out a tight escape, but Alexander was still on their tail. The YautjaYaquita, like the Hashori, aimed to stop people like General Alexander from slaughtering humanity and preventing them from becoming technologically advanced.
The Widow Clan and the Wounded Clan were also established in the Rage War Trilogy, which also featured Yaquita. Yaquita is a member of the Wounded Clan, which means she isn’t in the best of health. Having lost both of her legs – the only known Yautja to have survived such a tragedy – she is wheel-chair bound, and acts more like a scientist than a warrior, though she does also have a mechanical lower body.
She is more level-headed than her friend Hashori, and different from the rest of her kind as she intends to learn everything about how the universe works. With the help of another elder Yautja named Kalakta,Yaquita learns that before Yautjas, Xenomorphs and humans came into existence, there was an ancient race of extremely violent and fierce creatures named the Drukathi. It seems that the Drukathi have somehow returned, and now seek to regain control of the universe.
Yaquita has shown to be one of the most important Yautjas in The Rage War Trilogy, despite her infirmity. She’s far smarter and calmer than any other Yautja, and she’ll go to considerable lengths to defend humans. You might think she isn’t as vicious as the other female Yautjas on this list, but we included Yaquita because of her intense determination.
Huntress Predator
In the game Predator Hunting Grounds, created by IllFonic and distributed by Sony Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Windows, The Huntress was undoubtedly the most powerful female Predator.
She looked stunningly brutal in her golden armour, which also revealed a sliver of golden skin. Her main weapon was a combo stick, which she wielded with dexterity, twisting and swinging it to cut her prey. Her backup weapon, the Yutja bow and arrow, however, appeared to be even more impressive than the stick.
The Huntress bears a resemblance to the city Predator and also to the Berserker Predator, but she certainly has her own charm and personality. People who have played the game will know that she can roar – a sound that is equal parts intimidating and sexy.
As far as her stamina and health are concerned, she does lose out slightly to the male Predators in the game, though this can be attributed to the fact that she doesn’t have full body armor and has a leaner build, which in turn allows for enhanced agility and speed.
Interestingly, the Huntress is known to have fought Dutch Schaefer – the character played by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 1987 film directed by John McTiernan – years after the events of that film.
The Predator anthology is undeniably one of the most popular sci-fi series. We are well aware of the legacy that Predators enjoy, and that they have continued to influence many major films and shows. For instance, in the 2011 film Transformers: Dark of the Moon, the Decepticon Crankcase bears a strong resemblance to a Predator.
His forehead is flat and slanted, and he has dreadlocks and mandible-like appendages around his mouth. We can’t believe this was merely a coincidence and that the designer had never seen a Predator movie! A Predator reference can also be found in a 2008 episode of South Park titled “Imaginationland Episode II.”
These alludes to the Predators’ enduring influence in popular culture. Marvelous Videos respects and appreciates these prime hunters, and you can watch plenty more of our videos related to Predators and Aliens. We’ll leave a few links in the description.
