Each episode features reactions from an all-star group of foodies to some of the funniest and most popular videos online. Deliciousness supports the gourmet in all of us by covering a variety of topics, including culinary mistakes, restaurant service errors, kids in the kitchen, and more. Gorilla Flicks and Thrill One Media (formerly Superjacket Productions) are the producers of Deliciousness.
Tiffani Thiessen will serve as the host, and Angela Kinsey, Kel Mitchell, and Tim Chantarangsu will all be returning panellists. Following a great premiere, MTV today revealed that Deliciousness, the Ridiculousness spin-off with a culinary theme, has been renewed for a second season.
Tiffani Thiessen (Netflix’s Alexa & Katie, Beverly Hills 90210, Saved by the Bell), presenter of Dinner at Tiffani’s and cookbook author of “Pull Up a Chair,” will host new episodes of the series when it returns. Her panel of well-known foodies, who will include Angela Kinsey from The Office, Kel Mitchell from All That, Kenan & Kel, and Tim Chantarangsu, will also be back (Basic to Bougie).
Deliciousness celebrates our biggest indulgences, food and drink, including food mistakes, restaurant mishaps, kids in the kitchen, and more. Each episode will feature the most popular and entertaining food-related videos on the internet, helping to fulfil the gourmet in all of us. The premiere of Deliciousness, which took place in December amid a weeklong holiday-themed stunt, outperformed by double digits in the ratings and experienced a staggering 25% increase in its time slot relative to the average from the previous year.
Deliciousness season two’s launch date will be revealed soon, and viewers can catch up on previous episodes by visiting MTV.com and the MTV App. Ridiculousness returns with brand-new episodes on Monday, February 8 at 11 p.m. ET/PT. Production companies Thrill One Media (formerly Superjacket Productions) and Gorilla Flicks are behind the films Ridiculousness and Deliciousness.
There will be more Ridiculousness spin-offs; Deliciousness and Messyness. Deliciousness and Messyness both received third-season renewals from MTV. Season 1 of Messyness, hosted by Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi of Jersey Shore, will return for a weeklong event starting on Monday, December 27 at 9 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. Every Thursday in January at 9 p.m., the final episodes of Season 1 will follow Jersey Shore Family Vacation. Deliciousness, a show about food, will return for a third season in 2022.
Messyness is a comedic clip show that, like the original Rob Dydrek-hosted MTV programme, shows individuals having the most of their life and being courageous enough to embrace their messiness. The show indulges in the most scandalous online videos, including scandalous evenings out, scandalous proposals, and cheaters caught on camera. Messyness strives to appreciate all the messy phases of early adulthood, including dating and partying.
Tori Spelling (Beverly Hills, 90210), Olympic champion Adam Rippon, and comedian Teddy Ray (HBO’s All Def Comedy) are among the panellists who will be joining Polizzi. Deliciousness, hosted by Alexa & Katie alumna Tiffani Thiessen, features an all-star panel of foodies responding to the internet’s most popular entertainment and viral videos. The panel also includes Angela Kinsey from The Office, Kel Mitchell from All That, Kenan & Kel, and Tim Chantarangsu from Basic to Bougie.
Both of the shows were created by the same team behind MTV’s Ridiculousness, which currently holds the record for most cable minutes seen in 2021 with more than 55 billion. Produced by Thrill One Media and Gorilla Flicks, Ridiculousness, Messyness, and Deliciousness has executive producers from MTV in Rachel Tung and Jessica Zalkind.
The food-themed Ridiculousness offshoot Deliciousness will make its official MTV comeback in August 2022 with a 10-episode run. Sneak peek of ‘Deliciousness’ Season 3
Similar to past seasons of Deliciousness, the cast will present the internet’s most popular and hilarious food videos while celebrating the biggest excesses. Season 3 brings back some of the most hilarious food-related films yet, including clips of youngsters cooking in the kitchen and huge restaurant flops.
Gorilla Flicks and Thrill One Media (formerly Superjacket Productions) are the producers of Deliciousness. Showbiz Cheat Sheet met with Mitchel about the third season of Deliciousness earlier in 2022, but the cast of the show wasn’t given access to the footage until the show started filming. He was still shooting fresh episodes at the moment. Naturally, we had some inquiries regarding the shooting, primarily if Mitchell and his cast mates got to view the trending videos before to discussing them on the programme.
Mitchell said through Zoom, “So they’ll tell us what’s kind of going to come up.” But unlike before, we no longer get to see the footage first. The footage for each episode of Deliciousness were sent to Mitchell, Kinsey, Chantarangsu, and Thiessen in a Google Drive at the beginning of each season. That has changed since then.
Then, Mitchell continued, “we were like, ‘No, it’s wonderful to have that first emotion of… truly seeing it on the couch. “That was really amazing. We just enter in blindly these days and see these absurd food failures. It amazes me how frequently food fails.

Fans of Deliciousness can anticipate nothing but chuckles in the forthcoming episodes, as Mitchell shared during our conversation with him. This season, we absolutely step it up, Mitchell quipped. We still find it a bit hard to believe that this is the third season. It’s absurd. I hope we continue for as long as Ridiculousness has—they are currently on season 20 or something like.
