Three new love and romance reality programmes have been greenlit for launch this summer on Prime Video’s unscripted series slate.
On June 24, all ten episodes of The One That Got Away will be released; in July, all eight episodes of Forever Summer: Hamptons will be released; and in August, all ten episodes of Cosmic Love will be released. In over than 240 countries and territories around the globe, all three shows will premiere exclusively on Prime Video.
Amazon Studios and Fulwell 73 collaborated on The One That Got Away. “It may seem difficult to seek down The One That Got Away,” according to the official synopsis, “but for some lucky singles, that fantasy becomes a reality.” Six people searching for their soulmates are given the chance to explore a lifetime of missed connections as people from their pasts enter through “The Portal” to surprise them and take their shot at love in this time-traveling, experimental dating series hosted by pop icon, singer/songwriter Betty Who.
Executive producer and showrunner Elan Gale (FBoy Island, The Bachelor franchise) is on board. Fulwell 73 also has executive producers Gabe Turner (The Late Late Show with James Corden, Jonas Family Roast) and Caroline Roseman (Ex on the Beach, An Audience with Adele).
A group of college teenagers from various backgrounds work at a seaside restaurant in the Hamptons in the coming-of-age docusoap “Forever Summer: Hamptons.” By night, though, the group takes on the nightlife and explores love in their pursuit of the ideal summer. The series is produced by Amazon Studios and Haymaker East, with Lynne Spillman, Jessica Chesler, and Morgan Miller serving as executive producers, as well as Aaron Rothman, Josh Halpert, and Jesse Light for Haymaker East. All eight episodes shall be released on the streaming platform in July.
Forever Summer: Hamptons is a coming-of-age docusoap set against the gorgeous setting of the Hamptons about a group of college students from various origins, ranging from wealthy New York City teenagers who descend for the summer to impoverished townies. They work at a seaside restaurant throughout the day. During the warmest days of the year, they are tearing up the town, testing friendships, and discovering love by night. This gang and their pals are chasing the ideal summer at a key point in their lives: the end of their carefree adolescence. The stakes and obligations will be high come September, but the summer is theirs to enjoy.

Cosmic Love is characterised as a one-of-a-kind social experiment in which four people use astrological matchmaking to locate their ideal partner. Their romantic adventure takes place at the Astro Chamber, a retreat run by a magical guide. They socialise, date, eliminate, and ultimately make the most important decision of their lives… Will they marry their soul mate only on the basis of their astrology?
The show’s astrologers, best-selling authors Ophira and Tali Edut (The AstroTwins), use the mysterious Astro Chamber to lead the singles throughout the season (voiced by Cree Summer).
Amazon Studios and Hudsun Media are collaborating on Cosmic Love. The show’s showrunner and executive producer is Jess Castro (Love Island, American Idol). Hudsun Media’s Michael Rourke (House of DVF, The Toy Box), Hashim Williams (Barbershop Medicine, The Bachelor franchise), and Nathan Coyle, as well as Viki Cacciatore, executive produce (Running Wild with Bear Grylls, American Ninja Warrior).
Cosmic Love will also have a localised version recorded in France, as previously stated.

“Forever Summer: Hamptons” will feature “a group of college youngsters from radically varied backgrounds, from wealthy New York City teenagers who descend for the summer, to the lowly townies,” who work at an undisclosed “seaside restaurant,” according to the streaming site Prime Video.

Reid Rubio, Tony Valentino, Juliet Clarke, and the couple Hunter Hulse and Emelye Ender are among the cast members, according to an Amazon Studios official. The start date hasn’t yet been set.
