Hawk & Rev Arriving On DVD And Online Platforms

The horror-comedy “Hawk & Rev: Vampire Slayers” is all set to arrive on numerous platforms, including cable, DVD, and satellite platforms, on the 16th of March 2021. The official trailer was released by Freestyle Digital Media, and the prospects do look promising. The director, Ryan Barton-Grimley, describes the movie as a “Love letter to goofy weirdos with big dreams and ridiculous ideas.”

    A hysterical movie about vampires

The movie is about two individuals Hawk and Rev. The entire purpose of Hawk’s life is to slay vampires. According to the official synopsis, “Hawk doesn’t just dream about killing vampires, he eats, sleeps, drinks and freakin’ breathes it!”. Hawk was discharged from the armed forces for stalking another soldier with a blunt two by four. After his discharge, Hawk did not have much to his life while working as a night-shift security guard in Santa Muerte, California; his hometown. When he expected his life not ever to get any better, blood-sucking vampires appear out of nowhere, and when Hawk tells people, nobody believes him. Out of options and with his back against the wall, Hawk had his ‘Karate-Kid’ headband on, and an entire horde of vampires surrounding him and closing in fast. It is then that Hawk turns to the one person who believed him. Hawk’s friend Revson “REV” McCave, joins him to defeat the vampires. Rev, a vegan, pacifist groundskeeper, is surely not the shed’s sharpest tool. Together, they take on the mission to save the entire world from Vampires, starting with their hometown.
