The Suicide Squad Trailer Unveils “Project Starfish” And A Massive Ensemble Cast!

On August 6, The Suicide Squad will be released in theatres and on HBO Max, and a fresh new official trailer was released just yesterday afternoon. Unlike Suicide Squad, which had a PG-13 rating when movie was released in 2016, The Suicide Squad has a hard R rating for elements like severe violence and gore, language, and brief graphic nudity.

The emotional core of the picture, according to this new teaser, is carried by Idris Elba’s Bloodsport, who is imprisoned for placing Superman in the ICU with a Kryptonite bullet. The rest of the group, including the ultra-violent King Shark and the child-killing weasel dubbed Weasel, are as bizarre as you’d expect from a James Gunn film.
