Jennifer Tilly’s addition to the Child’s Play franchise in Bride of Chucky was one of those brilliant decisions that breathed new life into the killer doll franchise. Now she’s back in the new Chucky TV series, starring Brad Dourif as Chucky.
While Tilly did not appear in the most current movie, Curse of Chucky, she did appear at the end of the Cult of Chucky film, which set the stage for the TV series. Tilly has recently been busy on Twitter and Instagram, sharing a behind-the-scenes peek at her character Tiffany as filming continues.

Jennifer Tilly first debuted as the human version of Tiffany in Bride Of Chucky, in which she patched together the wreckage of a particular Good Guy doll, only to be murdered by him and resurrected as a doll herself. It was a love saga unlike any other, and it led to Tilly’s appearance in Seed of Chucky, in which the Tiffany doll transferred its soul into Tilly, allowing her to play Tiffany within Tilly’s body.
Leaving aside the reboot film, the new series leads immediately into where the TV show picks up the storey, continuing Chucky’s original saga while introducing him to a new audience in a new medium.

Fiona Dourifre praises her role and original Child’s Play actor Alex Vincent returns as Andy. Christine Elise McCarthy will also appear in the film. Devon Sawa, Lexa Doig, and Zackary Arthur are all newcomer. In the fall, the series will air on SYFY and USA Network.
Don Mancini, the original director, has returned to the project. The series follows a quaint American town which is thrown into chaos when an antique Chucky doll turns up at a suburban yard sale, and a series of horrible killings begin to expose the town’s hypocrisies and secrets. Meanwhile, the appearance of adversaries and allies from Chucky’s past threatens to reveal the truth behind the murders, as well as the demon doll’s secret origins as a seemingly regular child who became this infamous monster.
