Hallmark Channel is known for bringing viewers engaging storylines and has produced a number of fantastic feature films. With the film Just One Kiss, the network is bringing another narrative to the audience.
According to the Hallmark summary, sparks fly between college literature professor Mia (Rodriguez) and Tony (Fontina), a headliner at a Manhattan dinner club, after a series of unexpected encounters. Mia’s mother, Marlene (Douglas), and Tony’s mother, Sophia (Turturro), are also working some parental matchmaking magic on them, unknown to them. Hallmark’s “Spring Into Love’s” special film Just One Kiss pairs together two absolutely brilliant Broadway veterans for one special movie.
Don’t worry, Hallmark isn’t going to pass up the opportunity to have Krysta Rodriguez and Santino Fontana sing in Just One Kiss. As a result, this Hallmark film will be heavily reliant on music. They will perform two duets, according to ET. “Something Stupid” and “Fly Me To The Moon” will be performed by Rodriguez and Fontana.
Fontana, who plays a headliner at a Manhattan supper club, will also perform a couple more covers. “It Had To Be You,” “Someone To Watch Over Me,” “New York, New York,” and “Over The Moon” are among them. This film was directed by Jeff Beesley (Project Christmas Wish, A Kiss Before Christmas).
