Konami Takemoto (born July 15, 1996) is a Japanese wrestler in the professional field, who goes by the first name only that is Konami. She has won the title of Goddess of Stardom Champion twice and Artist of Stardom Champion twice. Takemoto, who made her first appearance in February 2015, was taught by Kana and Minoru Tanaka. Prior to signing with Reina, Konami competed in her early career for independent promotions like Pro Wrestling Wave, Reina, and JWP.
She briefly took a break after leaving the promotion in July 2016 before returning to professional wrestling in November and making her debut for World Wonder Ring Stardom in the month of December of that same year. She later established herself as a regular in the promotion before signing on full-time in May of 2018.

Konami’s brother, who was also a huge fan and frequently watched pro wrestling on television, was the one who first sparked her love in the sport. She eventually went to a local wrestling event with her brother, where she met Kana and mentioned wanting to be a wrestler.
Kana offered her her contact information and advised her to try for coaching once she had at least completed junior high school. She trained in a neighbourhood martial arts gym under Megumi Fujii who is a former MMA fighter while she was a high school student.
She relocated to Tokyo in 2014 after finishing high school and started training with Kana & also Minoru Tanaka. Early in 2015, Konami made his Kanapromania debut; prior to that, he was a competitor for Kana’s agency.
Konami was made to leave the agency after Kana made it known that she would be joining WWE in late 2015, and soon after, she joined with Reina Joshi Puroresu.
Against July 17, 2016, she also began wrestling for Pro Wrestling Wave and JWP, taking on Rydeen Hagane in vain for the JWP Junior Championship alongwith the Princess of Pro-Wrestling Championship.
After announcing her resignation from Reina in July, Konami co-promoted a last show with the company on July 21. She competed in the main event of the programme with Yuko Miyamoto in a deathmatch, but Jun Kasai and Kagetsu defeated them.
Following her departure from Reina, Konami had appeared for World Woman Pro-Wrestling Diana and Wave before announcing she would be taking a leave of absence from professional wrestling after August 14 in order to treat and recover from internal illnesses. She vowed to return, however, and made the announcement.
She lost against Cat Power and Onryo in her final match with her instructor Minoru Tanaka. She revealed while receiving treatment that she had joined the GPS agency and will appear at a performance they staged on November 5. In the rematch, she was defeated by Kairi Hojo.
Konami Takemoto’s career in World Wonder Ring Stardom which has been ongoing since 2016-
On December 22, 2016, Konami made her first appearance in World Wonder Ring Stardom by defeating Hiromi Mimura, indicating that she will be participating in the promotion on a regular basis. Despite being a novice, she was promoted as a strong contender and engaged in competitive matches.
She started a conflict with Kairi Hojo in 2017 and made an foul bid for the Championship. Following their defeat by Hojo, the two came together and joined forces with Hiromi Mimura to defeat Hojo and claim the Artist of Stardom Championship, giving Konami her first-ever victory on May 6, 2017.
In not even an entire month, Queen’s Quest won the championships from them. In August, Konami competed in her first 5 Star Grand Prix, although she had a difficult time, getting defeated in all but one of her matches before beating Mandy Leon on the last day.

The Artist of Stardom Championship was badged by konami on May 16. Konami and Kyona defeated utami and Watanabe on July 15 to claim the tag of Goddess of Stardom Champion.

Natsuko Tora was challenged by Jungle Kyona to a no forfeiture bout on September 28, 2020, with the loser being required to disband their group. Then, on October 3, Konami conned Kyona during that match, giving Oedo Tai the victory.
She eventually joined them, essentially becoming their enemy. To win the Goddesses of Stardom Championship on December 26, Konami and bea made Hayashishita and Saya Kamitani step Down.
After falling to Donna Del Mondo on February 14, 2021, Konami and Priestley couldn’t badge the Goddess titles (Himeka and Maika).
