Season 2 has been officially renewed. The anime’s official YouTube channel posted a video commercial announcing the renewal. Love Live!! Superstar!! Season 2: Plot Details
The overall plot of Love Live!! Superstar!! revolves around the lives of five girls at Yuigaoka Girls’ High School. Kanon Shibuya, the protagonist, is particularly fond of singing. She even finds a compatible group with whom she forms a singing group. Her only setback is the school itself. Yuigaoka is in its inaugural year, and the institution is making its way through the competition. As a result, the weight of their loss falls on the thriving little girls.
By the pilot season’s end, Liella! had started preparing for the upcoming tournament that was there to determine which team would represent Tokyo at the Live Love! event. Yuigaoka’s classmates offered to set up the stage for the competition.
