    Marvel’s Predator Comics Are Coming In June

    The alien threat is making its way to the world of Marvel Comics. The publisher confirmed that the new Predator comic series would be released in June. Writer Ed Brisson is behind it, and Kev Walker is handling the art. The book is a part of Marvel’s June solicitation. Till now, three covers have been released. The series depicts a violent, unforgettable, and sad new chapter in the Predator saga.

    The synopsis

    In the series, a young girl sees that the deadliest and most feared hunter, Predator, has slaughtered her family. After several years, the young girl’s ship is barely holding together, and she is running short of food. But, the girl Theta isn’t stopping stalking the spaceways. She keeps on her stalk until she finds the monster Yautja who killed her family.

    How the Predator came

    In 2019, Disney and Fox merged, and Fox’s properties wet to Disney. Since then, Disney became the owner of Marvel. They decided to shift the publishing for both Predator and Alien. They handled the Dark House license for both franchises. Marvel has revealed several covers that feature the iconic alien communicating with the heroes of Marvel Universe. Arnold Schwarzenegger introduced the Predator to the world in 1987. John McTiernan directed the movie, and it became a great success. The other spin-off, like Alien vs. Predator, has been released over the years. The last entry was Predator in 2018, and it met with mixed reviews. 20th Century is also bringing a new entry, 10 Cloverfield Lane. Leinil Francis Yu will cover the first issue of the series. Several alternate versions are coming up from Philip Tan, Ryan Brown, David Finch, Inhuyk Lee, Ron, Lim, Skottie Young, Peach Momoko, etc.
