My Master Has No Tailis soon to have an anime adaptation. Initially published as manga, its debut season will be premiered soon. The manga has been written and illustrated by TNSK. The manga has been serialized in youth magazine- good! The afternoon is run by Kodansha. The publication began around January 2019. As of January 2022, a total of seven volumes have been published. Liden Films- a Japanese animation studio and production company will be looking after the production of the anime season.
The anime series will be involving multiple characters like- Mameda, Bunko, Shirara Tsubaki, Byakudanji Tsubaki, Sakujiro, Omatsu, koito, and Rakuda. Many voice actors have worked in the anime season- M.A.O, Hibiku Yamamura, Lynn, Takuya Eguchi, Ayumu Murase, Natsuki Aikwara, Ikumi Hasegawa, and Yuichiro Umehara. The anime will be premiered on Japanese television channels like- Tokyo MX, MBS, and BS Asahi.
Let’s have a look at the plot of the storyline, before the release of the debut anime season. The story will cast a non-human protagonist- Mameda. Mameda is a young tanuki girl who came to Osaka so that she can realize her goal of becoming a human being practice living a human lifestyle.
The setting of the plot is done in Taisho Era. As she continues her journey in Osaka, she meets Daikokutei Bunko, a famous Rakugo artist. Mameda, who already wanted to learn human activities gets impressed by the way Bunko, narrates stories. Her storytelling gets her and she decides to become her disciple. Hence the journey of Memada begins as a disciple under the Rakuga artist- Daikokutei Bunko.
