    “My True Crime Story: Season 2 is based on true events. VH1 has announced the return of its provocative, sizzling docuseries My True Crime Story, which will premiere on Monday, August 29 at 10 PM ET/PT and be hosted by GRAMMY(R)-nominated rapper and actress Remy Ma. Season 2 will be the show’s second season.

    The eight-part television series follows regular individuals who become involved in extreme, illegal actions like drug trafficking, steroid manufacture, forgery, and jewelry theft.

    Each spectacular narrative is presented in the first person by the people who experienced it, and is narrated by host Remy Ma. As each character tells their improbable and scandalous tale, the series sheds light on their ascent, collapse, and redemption.
