New DC Comics Will Feature Tim Burton’s Batman And A Surprising New Element!

The four horsemen of the apocalypse in the world of DC are the four most notable actors to have played the role of Batman, namely Michael Keaton (Tim Burton’s Batman), Christian Bale (Christopher Nolan’s Batman), Ben Affleck and Robert Pattinson (Zack Snyder’s Batman). All four of them have been remembered dearly for the unique individuality they brought to this role and made it worth the love and appreciation it received. Keaton’s Batman started back in 1989 in Batman (1989), and he reprised this role for the three sequels of Burton’s that followed- Batman Returns (1992), Batman Forever (1995) and Batman & Robin (1997). This year, Burton’s Batman is making a comeback, but in comics.

What we know about the upcoming comic

Sam Hamm, who wrote 1989’s Batman, is now developing a new story set in the same world as the original film, and he will be working alongside illustrator Joe Quinones for the same. After the first six chapters released on July 27th of this year, newer chapters will follow each week, keeping alive Tim Burton’s movie’s dark spirit. Using the few plot holes left in the film, this comic will aim to string together a story of how Batman saves the city in the dead of night from Harvey Denta.k.a Two Face who has been envisioned as close to his movie counterpart as possible. In addition, a brand-new Robin can be expected along with the return of Selina Kyle a.k.aCatwoman, who was played by Michelle Pfieffer in the film.
