New Into The Dark Episode, Coming 26th March, Will Leave You Fearing Full Moon Nights

Into the Dark is a horror anthology series produced exclusively for Hulu by Blumhouse Productions. This series’s distinct feature is that each of its episodes is released on a particular holiday and not on any regular days in between. As a result, the theme for each episode is also based on the holiday it airs on. Recently, they released their Valentine’s Day episode, a psycho-sexual horror titled Tentacles that revolved around a young LA couple, Sam and Tara, who are very passionately in love, but things soon go sideways as they get more intimate. Blumhouse Productions is known for some of the biggest films ever, most of them from the horror genre, such as Get Out (2017), Halloween (2018), Sinister (2012), Insidious (2010) and many more.

    Episode Details

A brand-new episode of Into the Dark is making its way to Hulu on the 26th of March, titled Blood Moon. It is not a major holiday, but it is a full moon night and the 13th Friday of 2021. The episode is written by Simon Boyes (Blood River, 2009) and Adam Mason (The Devil’s Chair, 2007). Emma Tammi, who previously worked on films like The Wind (2018) and Fair Chase (2014), will be directing this episode. She has also directed Delivered, an old episode of Into the Dark. No trailer or poster is available yet, but the episode centres on Esme and her son, who must deal with nosy locals after moving to a new town to get a fresh start. The probing continues beyond the point of normalcy, and then Esme must find a way to protect her son and herself before the next full moon arrives.
