Working with Lieberstein, who also directed the movie, according to her, was “working with a master.” Vayntrub stated, “We did shoot this movie pretty quickly. “You are aware that “In Director We trust.” When things seemed chaotic due to the various shots and, you know, all of the unique ways that we had to shoot this both separately and collectively, it always felt like we were working with a master, a man who has done this before a million times and knows comedy. I knew that he sincerely cared about this project.”

According to Vayntrub, “most of us have probably been experiencing this scenario for the previous few years. Many of us are undoubtedly still working from home in that manner. But the question is, how do we find chaos when working remotely while also finding friends, love, and other things? Additionally, you can see individuals interacting and experience the beauty of real community in this film.”
We are all quite aware of how much the pandemic has altered our lives, and perhaps nowhere is this more cleatly visible than at work, where the distinction between work and home has become somewhat hazy.
