If you’re unfamiliar with the series, it’s an adaptation of the Melinda Metz novel (the second to hit our screens). The CW series premiered in 2019, and all three seasons are now available on Netflix US. The most recent season was released on Netflix in 2017. The CW confirmed season 4 of Roswell, New Mexico before season 3 ever premiered. Season 4 productions began in August 2021, with filming locales in New Mexico including Espanola, Moriarty, Bernalillo, Las Vegas, Pecos, Santa Fe, Albuquerque, and the pueblos of San Felipe and Santo Domingo. Filming is expected to be completed in January 2022.
Plot- The entrance of a mystery new lady looking for Liz Ortecho (Jeanine Mason) in Mexico is easily one of the biggest gut blows the ending of “Roswell, New Mexico” Season 3 has in store. The greatest one, though, occurs when this lady is put in contact with Allie, who claims to be Liz’s former teacher… and is played by Shiri Appleby, the original “Roswell” star.
Although Appleby’s Liz Parker in “Roswell” is not the same as Liz Ortecho’s Liz Parker, the two share a central position in their respective series, thus the fact that Appleby appears in the reboot and claims that Mason’s character “used to be a student” of hers is a fantastic setting for Season 4. This isn’t stunt casting, either, according to the show’s executive producer Chris Hollier. So it appears that Appleby was brought in for a specific reason, but it may not be the one you’d expect.
With the appearance of bank robbers Bonnie and Clyde, as well as a strange plotline involving Appleby’s “Allie” and an unknown woman hunting for Liz, Season 4 of “Roswell, New Mexico” is sure to be exciting.

Is “Roswell, New Mexico: Season 4” on Netflix?
As previously stated, Netflix in the United States receives new seasons of Roswell, New Mexico around a week after they are completed. Season 3 came a little later, but that’s expected considering the production delays.
We don’t expect the concert until late 2022, thanks to the new June start date. We’re expecting the new season to premiere around October 2022, however, it might be anytime between September and November 2022.
The series would first air on The CW before being released on Netflix.
Given the production timetable and the fact that the series will air on The CW as part of the network’s summer programming, this is a safe bet.
It will air at the same time as In The Dark, with fresh episodes beginning on June 6th.
Season 3’s premiere date was also pushed out from January to July, as opposed to the traditional January and March timeframe.
As always, the easiest way to see new episodes of Roswell, New Mexico as they air is to view them on The CW app a few hours after they run, but they don’t remain there for long.
Netflix has raised its subscription costs in the United States, with the most basic option now costing $9.99 and the costliest one costing $19.99.
Hulu + Live TV broadcasts local affiliate channels of The CW in several locations of the country. Hulu Plus Live, on the other hand, makes CW programs available the day after it airs (as do YouTube TV and DIRECTV STREAM). However, The CW’s episodes aren’t available on demand through ordinary Hulu; instead, you’ll have to use Netflix, HBO Max, or The CW app/site to watch them.
