Most of us are fascinated by the lives of intelligence agents. Slow Horses is the show that deals with th lives of such intelligence agents who were at flaws while carrying on their projects. The tile itself is quite ironic since horses can never be slow while they are running until their lives are halted due to some unexpected outward force.
The “slow horses” are a few intelligence agents who committed some errors, and their career is ruined. Now, they work at the dumping ground department of ML5 as the punishment. Their leader, Jackson Lamb, is a crucial character and will help the plot to move forward. He is ill-famous due to his temperament.
Also, river Cartwright is another important character in the series as he gets the opportunity to prove himself worthy of a better life if he can identify a kidnapper who abducted a man and threatened to kill him. But, to his utter surprise, he finds out the corruption prevailing in the society when he discovers the connection of the kidnapper with a journalist while transcribing the mobile conversation. He also finds out how everyone involved in a system seeks personal benefit.
This series will feature Chris Reilly, Gary Oldman, Rosalind Eleazar, Olivia Cooke, and others. James Hawes is the director of the show, and Mick Herron, along with Will Smith, has written down the plots and scripts.
