The New Exorcist Reboot Is One To Watch Out For!

Producer Jason Blum is optimistic that The Exorcist revival will revitalise the property in the same manner as Halloween did in 2018.

In Blumhouse and Morgan Creek’s upcoming The Exorcist Reboot, there will be plenty of lude and obscene behaviours. Producer Jason Blum has now given some insight into their strategy to recreating the horror classic, expressing his optimism that director David Gordon Green would be able to bring the same horrifying magic to the film as he was able to bring to the successful revival of Halloween in 2018.

The film is directed by William Friedkin and produced and written for the screen by William Peter Blatty. It stars Ellen Burstyn, Max von Sydow, Lee J. Cobb, Kitty Winn, Jack MacGowran, Jason Miller, and Linda Blair and is based on Blatty’s 1971 novel of the same name.
