It has been declared that the manga series will be followed by an anime series, which will be aired in 2023. It has been confirmed by Otonari ni Ginga anime. There are three volumes of the series as of now. The last volume was released on November 5th, 2021. The first volume was published in November 2021. The second season was released on May 7th, 2021. The series has been published in the youth magazine- Good! Afternoon.
Who will be the cast of the Galaxy Next Door?
The publication is looked after by Kodansha Limited, which is a private publishing company based in Tokyo. The Asahi Production will be looking after the anime series. Ryuichi Kimura will be responsible for directing the series.
It is in our knowledge that Gigaemon Ichikawa is the scriptwriter. Fuyuka Otaki has sketched all the characters for the anime series. The storyline revolves around a young manga artist named Ichiro Kuga. Life has not been kind to him, as he loses his father.
The burden to look after his family, which consists of his two younger brothers fell on his shoulder. He is now responsible to take care of them and fund their education. Though while handling too many responsibilities, it becomes difficult for the young artist to stay committed to his deadlines. To add more to his misery, he fails to give proper attention to his passion. His two assistants also quit the job.
This increases his workload. However, things begin to get better as a new assistant joins him. Shiori Goshiki, his new assistant, seems to do wonder for him. She comes to the point when our protagonist was about to go through a mental breakdown. However, the new assistant is questionable, as she knows a lot about Ichiro’s personal life. This left him wondering. Though, his world turns completely when she declares them married!
