When Is The Next 365 Days (2022) Releasing?

Are you still gathering your thoughts after 365 Days: This Day ended? Same. In the steamy Polish television series, Laura (Anna-Maria Sieklucka) has been put through the wringer. She keeps having bad luck, from having her mafia boss turned husband abduct her to escaping a brutal attack. Thankfully, The Following 365 Days, the next episode, will soon reveal to viewers what happened to Laura and Massimo (Michele Morrone).

Given the enormous cliff-hanger at the conclusion of the most recent Netflix release, 365 Days:  This Day, it’s hardly unexpected that fans are anxious to learn as much as they can about the third instalment in the series. According to reports, the sequel and the third feature were shot simultaneously. We also know that the same filmmaking crew behind the first and second films will return for 365 Days 3. It will be called The Next 365 Days to start, as was expected.

“I’m incredibly honoured that Netflix will be producing the final two instalments of my 365 Days Trilogy, This Day & Next 365 Days. As the author of the 365 Days trilogy, Blanka Lipinska is “very thrilled to bring fans of my novels throughout the world this fresh look at the characters and to continue Laura and Massimo’s tale.”

The release date for the trilogy’s third and final film has been set! The movie will be available for viewing on August 19, 2022. The second and third films were shot consecutively in 2021. Netflix stated in the formal announcement that the films will be available worldwide in 2022. Fans may now be fortunate enough to receive both films within a few months of one another rather than having to wait a whole year!

The major actors Anna-Maria Sieklucka and Michele Morrone, who play Laura and Massimo, have already been confirmed for the third movie. Although Laura’s destiny was left unresolved (again) at the end of the second film, I don’t think it’s likely that she would pass away. In any case, she will return in the third film in some manner. The first four opening minutes of The Next 365 Days, which was just made public, appear to corroborate Laura’s destiny.

Morrone will undoubtedly return as Massimo, but might he also do so as Adriano, Massimo’s identical twin? It appears from the video that Adriano has passed away, most likely from the bullet wounds he sustained when Massimo shot him at the conclusion of 365 Days: This Day. Who knows, though; perhaps he’ll make a flashback or ghostly comeback. The actor who portrays Massimo’s opponent Nacho, Simone Susinna, will also be back. Olga, Laura’s best friend, and Domenico, Massimo’s right-hand guy, will both be played by Magdalena Lamparska and Otar Saralidze in a repeat of their previous performances. The second film featured the engagement of Olga and Domenico.

“Laura and Massimo’s love hangs in the balance as they strive to overcome trust difficulties and jealousy while a tenacious Nacho seeks to push them apart,” says the logline that Netflix has provided for The Next 365 Days, according to Digital Spy. We anticipate that Massimo and Laura will attempt to mend their relationship in the third movie based on what transpires at the end of the second movie (if she survives, which is all but certain). Adriano told Massimo that Laura was pregnant but miscarried the child at the conclusion of 365 Days: This Day. It will be fascinating to observe how Massimo responds to that information.

We may also review the novel summary for Next 365 Days to get a sense of what to anticipate as the movies largely follow the books:

Laura’s life is a roller coaster since she is the wife of Don Massimo Torricelli, one of the most violent Mafia lords in Sicily. She is frequently in danger as a possible victim of Massimo’s ruthless adversaries, who will do anything it takes to bring down the strong man. Massimo must make the hardest choice of his life when Laura, who is pregnant and battling for her life, is gravely hurt in an attack. Without Laura, what would his life be like? Will he be able to parent their kid by himself? What will happen to his family, whose 365 days may be coming to an end?

With the exception of the pregnant narrative, everything in the overview matches what we already know about the second movie. That may imply that Laura becomes pregnant once more (perhaps with Nacho’s child, as in the novel), or that the movies just omit that plot point.

Due to the way Massimo and Laura’s love is destroyed in the third volume, the narrative has generated conflicting reactions from readers. Many readers posted unfavourable reviews on Goodreads, as you can see. Although I have not read the novels, Oprah Daily claims that the narrative involves Massimo giving Laura his dead dog, Massimo kidnapping her once more (after she has escaped with Nacho), Laura being hooked to alcohol, and Laura even needing a heart transplant after experiencing a miscarriage.

We willl have to wait and watch whether the third movie’s creative team decides to depart from the original source material. Given that Laura’s heart ailment was mentioned in the first movie, the heart transplant narrative may really come to pass. The Next 365 Days will be available in English for readers in September 2022, when the translated edition is anticipated to be published. The conclusion of 365 Days: This Day was shocking, with the future of several characters still in doubt. Here is all there is that you need to know about the third and last film of the trilogy.

In the first movie, 365 Days, Anna is kidnapped by mob boss Massimo and imprisoned with just a year to fall in love with her captor. She first objects, but as they spend more time together, the two become more attached and ultimately get married. In the second movie, there is undoubtedly trouble in paradise as Laura accuses her husband of having an affair with his ex-girlfriend Anna (Natasza Urbanska) and starts an affair with Nacho (Simone Sussina), the gardener who is actually the heir to the rival gang.

The duo was in the thick of a gunfight between Nacho and Anna when we last saw them, leaving viewers to speculate about Laura’s safety after being shot. The Next 365 Days releases on August 19, so you won’t have to wait a whole year to find out what happens next.
