The Walking Dead is coming to an end, with Season 11 being the final instalment. The new trailer gives a sneak peek at what’s to come.
The Walking Dead appeared to be a show that would go on forever. While the universe will continue to expand, season 11 will bring an end to the central series that started it all. The new teaser from San Diego Comic-Con gives viewers a sneak peek at what to expect in the final episodes. A preview for the Comic-Con trailer had previously been released, but now we have a complete three-minute The Walking Dead trailer to enjoy.
We watched Daryl (Norman Reedus), Carol (Melissa McBride), Ezekiel (Khary Payton), and the rest of the crew contend with the Whisperers in Season 10, a nasty group who disguised themselves as walkers to become stealthier. The Whisperers were defeated in the finale, and Maggie (Lauren Cohan) returned to the show. AMC published six additional episodes after the main finale, but they mostly served as previews for what we might expect from The Walking Dead’s final season.

The Reapers, a masked group of killers, were introduced in the bonus episodes and are showed off in this teaser as a masked group of killers. Maggie has faced them before, and they may be the most dangerous adversary yet. The Commonwealth’s introduction will be another major plot point in the new season. When a tiny group of the main team was taken by an army of white-armor-wearing mercenaries in season 10, the Commonwealth was teased for the first time.
AMC has you covered for those Walking Dead fans who don’t want to leave this zombie-infested planet. Fear the Walking Dead is starting its seventh season, and at Comic-Con, the show released a first look. The Walking Dead: World Beyond, which premiered last year, will get a second and final season. There are also many more exciting projects in the works such as ‘Tales of the Walking Dead’.
