It is directed by Pablo Gonzalez. The series is filmed principally in the heart of the Amazon rainforest, which forms a central element in the story. A Thousand Fangs follows the story of an elite commando who is deployed in the jungle to end a mysterious leader who commands a large militia of unknown origin.
The commando is supposed to lead several snipers to within shooting distance, finish off the target and return to the designated extraction point. However, everything falls apart when a strange entity starts taking out soldiers one at a time, leading to a desperate race to find a way out of the dense unpredictable forest. Outnumbered, they come to face a secret that is more than 500 years old. The soldiers have to find a way through a dead-end labyrinth for their survival.
