Disney+’ original “Cheaper by the Dozen” is an American family comedy-drama having a modern touch on the classic story that centers on a unified multi-ethnic family. Kenya Barris, a creator of Black-Ish, has worked as a co-writer, and Gail Learner handled its direction. Jenifer Rice-Genzuk Henry, known for his work in Grown-Ish, joined as an executive producer along with 20th Century Studios, and Disney+ handled its distribution.

Unlike the previous film, this upcoming Cheaper by the Dozen features a married couple played by Gabrielle Union and Zach Braff having ten children instead of 12. So, again it would make a “Dozen” as per the title, including ten kids and a couple, and would refer to the entire family instead of 12 kids with a couple making a family of 14 as we saw in the 2003 film.
