TBS is bringing back extreme competition American talent television series Go-Big Show for a second season. Talent shows are pretty common these days, but, as its title confidently implies, the “Go-Big Show” blows them all out of the water by simply, well, going bigger.
The show, which debuted on TBS in January 2021, takes the old showbiz maxim “go big or go home” to its natural conclusion, as Sounds Like Nashville notes, with participants competing for the chance to win a massive $100,000.
Bigger and even more outrageous stunts, the network announced the series renewal Wednesday, along with the addition of Grammy-winning producer and artist DJ Khaled as judge and executive producer for Season 2.
An hour run series that is expected to go even bigger in the upcoming season and feature some of the most extreme death-defying, nerve-wracking and jaw-dropping performances from around the country that have never before been seen on television. Go-Big Show‘s debut season featured monster trucks, alligator trainers, stunt archery, and other radical feats.
Season 2 has a lot planned and will keep viewers at the edge of their seats with underwater escape artists, bull jumpers, and incredible feats of strength, to trick riders and world record holders. These immensely talented contestants will show off their daring acts, as they battle to impress the judges as they advance toward the finale’s ultimate $100,000 prize and go big, or go home.
Hosted by comedian Bert Kreischer, the many bizarre and wonderful talents are judged by an all-star panel comprising hip-hop icon Snoop Dogg, actor Rosario Dawson, country star Jennifer Nettles, and pro-wrestler Cody Rhodes.
Like a talent show and variety show, Go-Big Show offers a range of circus and stunt artists, as well as other performances that could be described as bizarre or excessive. The show has moments that are both amusing and oh-my-god-inducing. Go-Big show season 2 is guaranteed to be a level higher than its previous season, as is described by the makers.
