People’s Choice Awards is the prominent American Awards ceremony that recognises and honours people for their performance in the entertainment industry on the basis of voting by the general public. The PCAs were founded in 1975 to celebrate movies, TV, music and pop culture according to public popularity.
When the ceremony first started, the awards used Gallup polls to determine nominees and winners, but since 2005, online voting has taken over. The soundtrack features six original songs by top female artists — including Cardi B, who teamed with Berry to executive produce the soundtrack to Berry’s directorial debut, Bruised, will present the award.

The film field is led by F9: The Fast Saga, which garnered eight nominations, including Movie of 2021, the Reality show of 2021, Competition contestant of 2021 and individual noms for Vin Diesel, Charlize Theron and John Cena, the latter of whom got two each.
In TV, Marvel’s Loki earned five nominations, including Show of 2021, while Apple TV+’s Ted Lasso, NBC’s This Is Us and ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy each had four. The ceremony will be held on 7 December 2021at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California.
