The film series had missed one volume in the quadrilogy when Tom Hanks last played the Harvard professor in 2016’s Inferno, but the plot is now making its way to screens.
What is The Lost Symbol about?
The Lost Symbol will follow the same plot as the previous films: world-famous symbologist Robert Langdon is approached to help with a crime investigation when the police investigators are baffled by the enigmatic facts. The inquiry uncovers a conspiracy that sparked a lot of debate when The Da Vinci Code was initially published.
Now, Ashley Zukerman will play Langdon, who is a much younger version of the character. The new teaser boasts enigmatic visuals, action sequences that look like they belong in a feature film, and, of course, a universe of symbols.
To free his kidnapped mentor and foil a terrifying worldwide plot, Langdon will have to solve a series of lethal puzzles.

Where to Stream The Lost Symbol?
The Lost Symbol will premiere on the 16th of September on Peacock. The series is a Peacock Original and this will be only available for viewing on this particular platform.
