    Star Wars: Visions is a new Japanese anime anthology series set to premiere on Disney+ in the United States. The series, which is produced by Lucasfilm Animation, consists of nine short films created by six Japanese animation studios: Kamikaze Douga, Twin Engine, Trigger, Kinema Citrus, Production I.G., and Science SARU, each telling their own unique Star Wars storey. On September 22, 2021, it is set to be released.

    Star Wars: Visions, an anime anthology series of ten short films by various filmmakers set in the Star Wars world, was announced on December 10, 2020. Producer Kanako Shirasaki and the executive producers gave a sneak peek at it during Anime Expo Lite in July 2021. The number of episodes has been reduced from ten to nine.
